Mentor Walks Auckland  Event Coordinator

AUCKLAND EVENT COORDINATOR (EC)

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our local events, making sure everything runs smoothly while connecting people and fostering an inclusive environment. If you're an active connector, love to troubleshoot on the fly, and have strong organizational skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all aspects of local events, ensuring a seamless experience for both mentors and mentees.
- Manage mentor and mentee attendance, matching, communications, and event logistics.
- Troubleshoot any last-minute actions during events and work with Local Leaders leading up to the walk.
- Help us reach a wider audience by promoting events and collecting feedback.

 

What We're Looking For: 

 - Events management, project management, EA/admin experience. 
- Must be able to attend all walks and commit to 9 hours per walk, including preparation and running the in-person events. Walks in Auckland are at Victoria Park, at 7:10 AM - 8.30 AM, please visit our events page for more information.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with senior executives and communicating at all levels.
- Passion for supporting women in their careers and building a thriving local community.
