Adina is co-founder and Director of Product at STM Brands, a global company making distinctive digital accessories designed to protect everyday essential devices. The product mix includes phone cases, laptop bags, iPad and laptop cases, and other consumer tech accessories. STM Brands is the parent company of two global brands, STM Goods and Element Case. She’s also the co-founder of Mentor Walks - a mentoring program for women where mentors and mentees go on a monthly walk together in small groups. Adina and her partner, Bobbi Mahlab, started Mentor Walks in Sydney in October 2016, and events are now running in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Wollongong, Canberra, Perth, Hobart, Adelaide, Christchurch, Auckland and Singapore. In April 2020, as a direct reaction COVID-19, Mentor Walks has launched online events, which have proven to be impactful and inspiring.
Adina founded STM with her business partner, Ethan Nyholm, in 1998, and since it’s humble beginnings in Bondi, it has grown to include offices and warehouses in Sydney, San Diego, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the UK, with product available in stores across 30 countries. As well as the STM Goods brand, the company also owns Element Case, a luxury brand of high-end phone cases. Adina’s background is in product development, having worked as Accessories Buyer for a number of Australian brands.
STM was an Eastern region nominee in the 2012 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Adina was a member of the 2012 Australian delegation to the G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit in Mexico City, is an Alumna of the 2016 EY Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurial Winning Women program, she’s one of the Rare Birds: Australia’s 50 Influential
Women Entrepreneurs and an active member of the Entrepreneurs Association, Sydney Chapter.
Adina lives in Sydney with her husband Marc, and three children – Levi, Samara and Gabriel.

Content Marketer at Mentor Walks, Tess’s professional life is shaped by a desire to drive gender equality and build an inclusive society. Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.
She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
