Over 17 years, 7 businesses and 2 countries, Andrea’s passion for entrepreneurship has spanned the globe and a diverse range of industries. Working across branding, communications, publishing, distribution and logistics, digital media and dot.coms Andrea has enjoyed building businesses, solving customer problems and creating new concepts. This passion and drive has been recognised in numerous areas. Most notably winning the Telstra Young Businesswoman of the Year in 2009 (NSW), the Telstra Small Business of the Year 2009 (NSW), listed on the BRW Fast 100 list (2010) and winning a multitude of client, industry and outcome based awards over the years. Using her passion for customer experience Andrea has recently taken the role as Chief Customer Experience Officer for Redii.com – a cloud based employee recognition and rewards platform founded by Naomi Simson. Living life with courage, clear communication and authenticity is her key to personal success and with a thirst for adventure she is regularly torn between the big city lights and the great outdoors.
