Brenna is a Partner in EY’s Assurance practice in Vancouver and the Women Entrepreneur program Co-Leader for Canada. She has worked in London, UK, as an integral member of EY’s Mining and Metals group and now predominantly provides services for clients in the mining, technology, and manufacturing sectors. She has over 20 years of experience serving both public and private clients, with a focus on financial reporting and major transactions including, IPOs, divestitures and acquisitions. She is also experienced serving Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered clients and working closely with entrepreneurs and private mid-market organizations. She has helped clients with a number of diverse accounting standards, such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprise (ASPE).
