Catherine spent most of her executive career as an investment banker leading teams and transactions in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, capital raisings and privatisations. She has been a non executive director for more than 16 years on family owned, publicly listed, not-for-profit, government and publicly listed organisations across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. These have included Coca Cola Amatil, Boral, the NSW Art Gallery, the Opera House and AMP.
