Charlotte has been CEO of Jade Software Corporation since January 2018. Prior to joining Jade she has led global businesses in Health Technology, and Packaging & Print. Charlotte is also an experienced company director, including current roles on the Board of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, and the Dodd Wall Centre for Quantum and Photonic Technologies. Outside of work she has three children and is an avid fan of new technologies and Jeeps.

Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.

She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
