In my role as Group Executive, Human Resources for the Westpac Group, I am responsible for the development and management of the human resources strategy, including reward and recognition, safety, learning and development, careers and talent, employee relations and employment policy. I initially trained as an Accountant and continued my professional development with a range of post graduate qualifications in HR Management, Leadership and Quality Management.

I am passionate about the community and assisting others and was a previous trustee of Westpac’s New Zealand Employees Superannuation Scheme, Kids Helpline (Whatsup) New Zealand and Sir Peter Blake Trust.

I am currently the Chair of St. George Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that helps build a secure future for disadvantaged children.
