Learning Quest

Connie is the author of BrainWise Leadership: Practical neuroscience to survive and thrive at work. A lively speaker, Connie’s expertise in the science of ‘how people work’ enables her to apply the most current research and techniques in a way that is both practical and entertaining.

Connie has international experience designing culture change, business transformation and leadership development programs that are informed by the latest neuroscience research. Through her company Learning Quest, Connie and her team help organisations and individuals become stronger through change.

Connie’s driving force is to create company cultures that people want to work for, do business with and have in their community. Her zest for science and love of practicality have resulted in the creation of a business that provides evidence-based development programs that make a tangible positive difference in the way organisations operate.

Connie is the creator of Learning Quest’s science-based Mind Management™ methodology and ACUITY™ - a leader-led culture transformation program designed to restore customer trust and employee self-confidence ‘to do the right thing’.

Having lived in three countries and worked in ten, Connie recognises the value of diversity from a personal as well as a business perspective. She works effectively with people at all organisational levels, from CEOs and their leadership teams through to their employees and marginalised groups. Her varied industry experience includes finance, health, media, professional services, not-for-profit and government.

Connie’s work is underpinned by a strong belief in human rights and a keen desire to contribute to increased wellbeing for clients and colleagues.

Connie’s credentials include a PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of North Texas, a Master of International Public Health from the University of Sydney, a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
