Dina Coppel has over 30 years of business and leadership experience from start- ups to fast growing companies and large multinational organisations in Australia, Europe and Asia. Dina now runs a consulting practice in Singapore focused on strategy and governance for boards and growth companies. Dina also coaches entrepreneurs and senior executives (elev8advisory.com) and is a member of a number of boards.
Having started her career as a tax lawyer, Dina moved into strategic leadership and management roles in multinational organisations, working with client-facing staff as well as support services to drive revenue growth and increase client loyalty. Using these experiences, Dina established successful businesses in the retail and professional services industries. Both of these businesses operated in multiple locations with multidisciplinary teams. Prior to moving to Singapore, Dina served on a number of boards in Australia as a non-executive director and chairman, including not-for-profit organisations and a financial services company.
Dina is also a strong advocate for the value of diversity across all businesses, through gender, age and culture.
