Donna is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in board governance and CxO roles, specialising in corporate governance, strategy, sustainability digital and data transformation. Donna currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of NGM Group, Hunter Water Corporation, Capricorn Society and Western Sydney Airport. Additionally, Donna currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board and on governance committees of several charitable organisations, such as MS Plus, Hunter Medical Research Institute, Parramatta Catholic Dioeses, Tony McCullough Foundation and Oakhill College.

Donna continues to support organisations focused on the needs of Inclusive Education, Domestic & Family Violence and Cancer Research. An alumnus of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Competent Boards, and MIT Sloan School of Management, Donna holds certification in Corporate Directorship Governance (GAICD), Sustainability & ESG Leadership Certification (GCB.D) and an AI-focused business strategy credential.

Donna champions a culture of sustainability, governance, and continuous learning, aiming to drive positive change and impact.
