Fiona Keay is an executive director who has significant experience shaping strategy, leading reform and driving results in the private, public, not-for-profit and community sector. A graduate of AICD, Fiona earlier in her career was a successful Executive Coach at a time she was balancing being a single Mum of a baby boy. In a voluntary capacity, Fiona chairs a committee of a large international membership organisation to drive a culture of belonging through diversity, equity and inclusion. She enjoys working in high performing teams and to tackle the tough challenges to enable community outcomes.
