Gill is an international HR leader with over 25 years’ experience in the UK and Australia and today leads the people agenda for 44,000 colleagues across Standard Chartered’s Transformation, Technology and Operations divisions across 57 markets. In addition to implementing innovative people practices in support of business performance, Gill’s passion is ensuring colleagues and people in the communities the Bank serves have the skills for today and the future to enable them to thrive at work and life.

Gill has two sons and outside the office you’ll find her in the gym, hiking or enjoying some good food and wine.
