Grace Ho, President at SWAT Mobility (SWAT), is listed in the latest Singapore 100 Women In Tech (SG100WIT) 2021, this is a strong recognition for her leadership, contributions and advocacy in the tech industry.
In her role as President of SWAT Mobility, she is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion and developing talent & capabilities in the Singapore headquartered start-up. She leads alongside the co-founders to execute on the firm’s mission to inspire communities to move more with less and contribute to a sustainable tomorrow. This involves forging strong partnerships to scale SWAT’s differentiated mobility tech offerings in transportation and Logistics verticals, and also fundraising for business growth.
Grace has more than 20 years of international experience in the Technology sector, having helmed leadership roles in technology heavyweights like Microsoft, Motorola Solutions, SAP and IBM.
In addition to her corporate career, Grace also commits her time as an independent Board Member and in advisory roles at NTUC Income and The National Library Board of Singapore (NLB). She also mentor startups and actively contributes to the development strategy for 8VI Holdings Limited, a Singapore-based FinEduTech startup. Grace is an active member at the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and an elected EXCO member of The Singapore Computer Society (SCS).
Grace holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales, Australia; a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore; and an Executive Diploma in Directorship from Singapore Management University and Singapore Institute of Directors (SMU-SID). She is also recently certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
