Helen is a Palawa woman who owns and runs SSC (Sky, Sea, Country) Consulting. She has a strong background in Vocational Education & Training, working for DECYP and DoE (Tas) in various roles. Helen started SSC Consulting as she is passionate about working with industry to create safe, level playing fields where Aboriginal employees can thrive and achieve, and where Tasmanian Aboriginal people's histories, culture and contemporary life are seen, respected and understood.

She is currently working with over 20 clients in Tasmania and nationally, which range from one person startups to businesses with 500+ employees, supporting their cultural journey with things such a RAP implementation, workshops and critical advice.


Helen has also worked in major events, spending many years as the Falls Music and Arts Festival Event Manager in Marion Bay. Helen is an excellent facilitator and presenter, who's ultimate motivation is working for her people.
