Kathy is a business leader with 20+ years of experience of building Brands and driving growth across Asia Pacific, passionate about inclusion and women’s leadership.
She enjoys unlocking growth by developing a strong team, turning insights into actionable strategies, and galvanizing the organization to deliver results. She holds BA from Yonsei University in Korea and MBA from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania in US. Born in Korea, Kathy has lived or worked in Japan, US, Netherlands, and spent the last 20 years in Singapore with her husband and two children. She volunteers as a Board member at AWARE and Singapore Institute of Directors, and enjoys playing golf and cycling on the weekends.
