With over 20 years of experience supporting teams and businesses to thrive, Kelly has built her career across various industries including technology, professional services, government, large utility, aviation and FMCG industries. Her most recent executive role was Head of 42-42, TasNetworks’ commercial technology subsidiary business, which she led for 6 years through a significant growth phase.

Following a career break in late 2023, Kelly has transitioned to a portfolio career focusing on Non-Executive Directorships, Executive Coaching and Consultancy.

Non-Executive Director and Finance, Audit & Risk Committee Chair at Tasracing Pty Ltd and Southern Cross Care (Tas)
Executive Advisor at Devbase Group, working predominantly with clients in the utility sector
Founder of Prospera Consulting which provides Leadership and Executive Coaching, Corporate Burnout Prevention and Business Consultancy services

Kelly is a passionate burnout advocate. Having experienced burnout herself, she is committed to sharing her experience and learnings with others and fostering healthy work-life harmony.
