With nearly a decade as a CEO, Kirsty is a highly effective leader, with a focus membership-based organisations in the built environment.

Her areas of knowledge and experience include: engaging with Boards, executive leadership and strategic thinking. She is particularly experienced in working with membership-based organisations where problem solving, streamlining and volunteer management are the key to achieving outcomes to support the members.

She is also an experienced Board Director, having served on several non-profit and government boards.
