Lauren is an Executive Leader and Non Executive Director who has worked across the tourism, ports and logistics, health, medical research and social sectors.

She is President of Business Hunter, the peak advocacy body for the largest regional economy in Australia, and is a senior leader within the tourism industry, leading communication and ESG initiatives across NSW.

Her passion is building a better future for the next generation through economic development strategies, coaching and mentoring emerging leaders, leading the development and implementation of Reconciliation Action Plans, and engaging employees in sustainability initiatives.

Lauren holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle (earning the highest grade point average in the 2020 course) and qualifications in company directorship, change management, project management, coaching and communication.
