Maria Tsaousis joined MECCA in 1999 while studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne. Since starting on the shop floor, over the last 23 years Maria has held progressively more senior Retail leadership roles at MECCA, including Chief Retail Officer. In 2022 Maria moved to the newly created role of Chief New Concepts and Services Officer to lead the growth of new categories and concepts, including MECCA’s new Melbourne Flagship which was announced earlier this year and is set to be the largest beauty destination in the Southern Hemisphere.
