Morgana Ryan, FAICD, is an internationally experienced business leader and non-executive director having worked in strategic, IT and organisational transformations across the corporate, government and international development sectors. She is the co-author of two books Building a Better International NGO and Navigating Change for International NGOs. She established and lead the Accenture Development Partnerships' Asia Pacific practice, Accenture's International Development consulting business.

Morgana is the former Board Chair of technology organisation, Infoxchange, and a current Non-Executive Director at Wodonga Institute of TAFE and CARE Australia. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With extensive overseas experience across the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia, she is passionate about the power of diversity, in all forms, to achieve better outcomes.
