Prachi is an IT leader with more than two decades of experience in solution sales, consulting, customer success, and delivery across Europe, APJ, and the Middle East. In her current role as Global Vice President - Customer Success, Prachi is responsible for driving revenue growth for Syncron by promoting product adoption, enhancing customer experience, and reducing customer churn.

Over the years, she has successfully led large business and IT digital transformation programs for Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations while collaborating with multicultural and multilingual teams across various geographies.

Prachi has also been selected as one of the leaders to drive the DE&I initiative in her previous company. Additionally, she actively contributes to DE&I topic on https://www.womentech.net/ and women in customer success forums.
