Priscilla Radice is a dynamic senior leader in management consulting. The Founder and Managing Director of the company Contribute Consulting Pty Ltd, providing strategic business, leadership advice and project advisory expertise to a variety of C-Suites across diverse industries. Priscilla is hired for her ability to think differently, operate at complex ecosystems scale and lead people on a transformational journey. Priscilla is also CEO of the Infrastructure Association of Queensland (IAQ) the peak body advocating for a sustainable and future ready infrastructure industry building strong relationships between the private sector and governments. A regarded project director and assurance reviewer, Priscilla was appointed the Independent Chair of the Queensland Department of Health Investment Assurance Committee in 2020, overseeing all state government health capex projects over $5million. Priscilla is renowned for ability to lead diverse stakeholders to agreed facilitated outcomes on difficult projects.
Before starting her own consultancy company, Priscilla was a Principal at Arup, the first female Principal hired from outside of the firm globally. As Head of Business Strategy for the Transport & Resources sector, in Australasia ($300m+ revenue and +900 staff). Priscilla was accountable for setting the sector wide strategy and developing an effective distributed leadership model, underpinned with clear accountabilities. Priscilla has designed and delivers an annual national leadership program for emerging leaders in the rail industry. Priscilla is passionate infrastructure’s role as a social system, as a Sociologist Priscilla believes this can only be achieved by placing people at the centre of our thinking. Priscilla actively promotes the importance of worker health & wellbeing, genuine leadership capability and increasing diversity in the industry to produce better outcomes.
