Rena is a senior leader with more than 29 years of experience in tech industry across US and Asia. She is ex-Microsoft and Ex-HP and recently found her own company Net.Positive to support startup on their Go-To-Market planning and fund-raising activities. She is passionate about giving back to community, and especially on topics such as diversity and inclusion and sustainability. She actively serves in communities such as INSEAD where she is an alumni, and Singapore International Chamber of Commerce as a co-chair of digitization committee, and SMU as a business mentor.

She is a mother of 2 teenage boys, and a 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel. She enjoys the nature, staying active and meeting new friends.
