Sally is the Founder & Managing Director of Delta Advisory, a Government Relations and Public Policy firm. Before starting Delta Advisory, Sally was General Manager, Government Relations, Industry and Regulatory Affairs for Australia Post and Government Relations Principal at Telstra. She joined Telstra after nearly a decade in the banking sector, following years of service in state and federal public sectors.

Sally has worked internationally as an advisor to the Thai, Philippines and Mongolian governments, and has served as a diplomat in Indonesia and the Solomon Islands.

She is a non-executive director for Regional Australia Bank and Vice President of the Australian Professional Government Relations Association and has previously served as Deputy Chair of both the Domestic Violence Crisis Service and Canberra Rape Crisis Centre.
