Sharleen is an organizational strategist and innovator with 30 years of experience in the energy sector in Alberta. She has led a variety of organizational priorities including strategy development, business planning, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, policy development, program management, and client engagement, among many others.

In 2019, she founded Women+Power, a non-profit organization to support women in the workplace and served as CEO until 2023. was selected as 1/100 women to represent Canada’s energy sector as part of the Women in Energy Transformation series initiative for COP27.
