Vanessa is an experienced Senior Leader who seeks opportunities to facilitate cultural and change management.

With a career spanning Education, Operations Management and Human Resources leading local and national teams, Vanessa has been instrumental in organisational transformation and long term business success.

More recently with roles across the South Australian Cricket Association and Cricket Australia, Vanessa has been able to pursue a passion to ensure equitable access to participation for Women and Girls, providing a voice for stakeholders and support emerging leaders within the sporting industry.

Vanessa is currently a founding Director of SEDA College SA and Strategic Projects Manager for the SACA.
