Her expertise in scaling startups in international markets, particularly in Singapore, has earned her recognition for her innovative approach.

In 2013 Vishmi was awarded “First Mover Advantage” for bringing innovation to Singapore by the Singapore Ministry of Trade & Investment. Vishmi has consulted with companies through programs for the government of Estonia and Tech Nation, a UK-based accelerator, while also working for a company that sat on the advisory board for Microsoft's global "Geo Expansion Program." Her results-driven approach and well-rounded understanding of growth strategy have helped numerous companies achieve success in competitive markets.
